This is an original painting by Henry Martin, painted in acrylic on 12" x 10" boardapinted in acrylic on board. This painting has also been varnished. 
 
I was lucky enough to spend March and April of 2019 on the beautiful island of Kefalonia, painting as I went. We were based in the northern peninsula not far from Fiskardo and most of my work reflects this.
 
Throughout the winter and early spring a couple of bars in Maganos remain open. This was our regular evening view as we walked up to find a pint of Alfa, with the distant mountains of the Paliki Pensular across Myrtos Bay just turning blue and the sheep inthe lower meadows coming home. 
 
The way this was painted (freely and with thicker brush strokes) meant that I am not planning on making prints of this image.
